Osteopath
Naturopath
Dry-Needling Practitioner

Andrew is the co-founder of Moira Osteopathy. His passion for health and physical wellbeing was developed at an early age after several health issues. This strong desire guided him to pursue a career in Osteopathy and he graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2013 with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy and Diploma in Naturopathy.

Andrew spent his first couple of years after graduation in a busy practice in Co. Louth where he continued to develop his skills as a practitioner. He is a continuous learner and has attended many courses post-graduation which have allowed him to diversify his treatment approach in areas such as nutrition and lifestyle coaching to help achieve vibrant health in his patients. He continues to immerse himself in the latest pain-science and nutrition research and implement them into his practice.

Andrew is a firm believer in a patient-centred approach to healthcare. It is his mission to positively impact the health and wellbeing of those who want to improve their quality of life in those areas. Andrew is very approachable and encourages an open dialogue – he makes it a priority to make certain patients concerns and questions are addressed so that the best solutions for each individual can be reached.

Osteopath
Naturopath
Dry-Needling Practitioner
Specialist in Paediatric Osteopathic Practice

Sarah is the co-founder of Moira Osteopathy. Before starting Moira Osteopathy, she was part of busy practices in County Louth, and Dublin.

She comes from a family where health is a core value. She was raised on the principle that the body has the innate ability to heal itself, and the old Hippocratic proverb: “let food be your medicine and medicine be your food”. These principles have influenced her clinical practice and career path.

She first encountered osteopathy as a patient, for a sports injury. Her love of sports and understanding how the body works led her to pursue a bachelor’s in Exercise Science at Skidmore College, New York. From there, it was a natural progression to osteopathy.

In 2013, she received her Masters in Osteopathy and Diploma in Naturopathy from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in London. After a few years of practice, she went on to pursue a diploma in Specialised Paediatric Osteopathic Practice in 2017, at the University College of Osteopathy in London. She works with children of all ages (from newborns to teenagers), as well as women during pregnancy.

She enjoys working with a wide range of people as she adapts her approach to the individual's needs. Her goal as a practitioner is to help maximise the happiness, strength, and health of her patients. She draws from current research, as well as her personal and professional experience, to provide a high standard of care.
